I think I can finally say, with all confidence that, my spark for writing is back. I know some of you had to notice the quality of my work and has gone down the tubes. I have been depressed for a very long time and last year I finally confronted that—and this feeling contributed to my failings in writing. I have found my peace and am slowly gaining the passion for those little things back. I can be more confident in writing when it comes to my fan fiction and finish that novel I have been talking about.
The stamp I made: I am not confident about my writing
That thought process really crippled me and I just dreaded it and all the editing I would have to do to the works I had already started in order to make them correct so I just avoided it. I think this was brought on by a few harsh reviews I got. They were correct and were a big part of the reason why I took my very first story A Tekken Tale down at fanfiction.net. When I finish these stories I plan to re-write that one in the way that I wanted it to go. It was my first try at publicizing some of my ideas, for other Tekken fans, and I love it.
Look for Journey Inside a Dangerous Mind to be edited and once I got myself back into the groove, I'll finish the new chapter I am working on for it.
I have Tekken Tag 2 but I haven't been able to play it yet. I love the Tekken Tag franchise. Tekken Tag, Kingdom Hearts 1, 2, and hopefully 3, and the Mario Kart franchise is my trinity of awesome.

Sitting Through Isaac (Update)
That wind is so terrifying and shingles flying off the roof isn't helping the matter. We are still blessed with the distraction that is electricity (internet & direct tv) but I don't know how long that will last. Then it will really be emotionally draining, because all that will be heard is the raging winds, the unrelenting rain, and the falling debris.
Is that a tornado or just the wind?
Will the roof last?
Hurricane season . . . I hate you.
It is really weird that the electricity is still on.
Update: It's finally over and we made it out okay.
The Korra Finale from A-Z
Aang's tendency to let the bad guy live, turned around and bit the next Avatar on her butt. Taking someone's bending doesn't stop the problem . . . only delays it for the next generation. I loved his part in this series. I liked him way more as an adult than a bratty child.
When I saw Ammon had captured the Airbenders, I just freaked. Mako and Korra saved the day for them. Jinora needs to be drafted into Team Avatar, like, yesterday. The gaang is incomplete without a young airbender. Being Sucked Into Legend of Korra
Gah, it is all around me, even at forums that has nothing to do with the subject. Not to mention two of the people who I live with watches it (everytime it comes on) so I just caved and watched it (beat writing my paper). It starts off pretty good and I love the fact they are older and not annoying little brats like the original gaang. I can't get used to the modern elements, though.
But . . . all Korra has to do is be found by that annoying, plot device Lion Turtle, learn spirit bending, and then make the people who hate benders into benders. Game, set, troll!

I haven't had that much time to write on the two fan fictions that I am working on. I had to edit Journey Inside a Dangerous Mind (JIDM) and that slowed me down, quite a bit and then I am finding myself editing the new story I am working on. It's called Cause and Effect (C&E)
The two stories kind of mirror each other, in a way. The hero of both stories, Kazama Jin and Shiba Takeru have fallen from grace and are mischievous beings to fear or approach with extreme caution. The motivation of the two guys centers around the heroine of the stories, Julia Chang and Hanaori Kotoha.

I'm still here and hoping for more JIDM. 
Criticism can be hard to take since sometimes it depends on how it is received and who is giving the advice. Sometimes the critic isn't necessarily advising you how to improve but more how to conform yourself to what THEY want and of course other times they do have your best interest at heart and do know what they're talking about.
In any case, I wish you the best.
